The company lacked the standards and processes to effectively manage the project to ensure business continuity and technology compliance within the organization and by its suppliers.

Our solutions increased risk awareness and management activities, increased the effectiveness of project reporting, and decreased the uncertainty and impact of disruptions to critical business activities, through the implementation of solid project management practices:

  • Conducted risk and issue reviews with various project areas in order to provide an overall project perspective to the Project Management Team.

  • Implemented risk and issue management processes and coordinated the development of a central database for managing project risks and issues.

  • Developed project metrics using a Key Performance Indicator model (KPIs) to provide a graphical representation of project targets, actual progress and forecasts for project management and reporting purposes.

  • Coordinated business continuity and disaster recovery planning activities.
